SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic orders are charged a flat rate of $5 standard shipping and an extra $1.50 for Tracked for all orders under $85. Domestic orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and shipment is fulfilled through New Zealand Post with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 business days. 

All domestic orders over $85 enjoy FREE SHIPPING!

Express Post is available for $10 within New Zealand. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and will be fulfilled through the New Zealand CourierPost, with an estimated shipping time of 1-2 days depending on your location.  

Tax:

All web pricing includes tax though some countries may incur a duty tax depending on the local policies. Please note: Customers are responsible for ascertaining duty implications and payment of any duty charges applied on receipt of goods.

Indicative Delivery Times:

Within New Zealand, standard orders take 2-5 working days to deliver to the North Island and 1-3 working days for the South Island. (Please allow 1-2 extra days for Rural Delivery.)

For UK please allow 5-10 days for delivery.

For all other countries, you can expect delivery of your products within 7 - 21 working days.

International orders Shipping charges are determined by weight and volume of your order and country of destination. International deliveries may incur custom/excise and other fees by the destination country, this is payable by the customer.  

International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving New Zealand and arriving in the destination country which may cause delays.  Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left New Zealand.

Shipment time is not guaranteed by Ora Wellbeing or New Zealand Post.  Ora Wellbeing is not responsible for any delays or for any orders once New Zealand Post has marked it as "Delivered”. However, we will do our best to work with you should such points of confusion arise. If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to reship is the sole responsibility of the ordering party. We will do our best to amend incorrect addresses if you call or email us immediately. As shipping turnaround can be pretty immediate, it is difficult to ensure this can be done in all cases.
