Confirming your appointment
All clients are sent an SMS/EMAIL the day prior to their appointment. You will also receive an email confirmation upon making an appointment when using our Online booking System. Please note the SMS and Email feature will not allow you to respond, therefore if you need to change your appointment time or have any further queries you can contact Heidi at Ora Wellbeing directly.
Appointment booking methods
Whilst we can be contacted via email and a number of social media platforms, we LOVE when all clients choose to use our Online Booking System via our website. This ensures that the correct booking is made for you also you will receive a confirmation email with treatment and appointment time. If you need to change a booking that you’ve made please contact us via SMS.
Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS or electronic transfer. If you chose to pay via Visa or MasterCard there is a 2.85% services fee passed down from the bank unfortunately.
AMEX is not accepted.
Visiting the Boutique without an appointment
We love visitors at Ora Wellbeing how ever if you are wanting to purchase products or a gift certificate if possible please contact us firstly as this will allow us to let you know a suitable time to visit us as we work by appointment only and this means you will also have our full attention. Also when purchasing a gift certificate if you can let us know the following information ahead of time (To:, Treatment or value amount:, Message:, From:) we can then have the certificate pre-prepared as a beautiful gift for you to collect.
